Blood Orange: Blood Oranges are grown in the volcanic atmosphere of Mount Etna in Sicily, and like all citrus fruits, Blood Oranges contain vitamin C. These citrus fruits have antioxidant properties, due to the presence of anthocyanins. Antioxidants help to protect cells from potential free radical damage, which can be influenced by environmental factors such as sun exposure and pollution.

 

Valerian: Valerian is one of the most recognized and used herbal extract for sleep support. Traditionally used in western herbal medicine, Valerian helps relieve tenseness, restlessness and irritability, supporting a restful sleep.

 

Manuka Honey: Manuka Honey is produced in New Zealand by bees that pollinate the manuka tree. It’s called Manuka Honey because it’s made with pollen that comes from the manuka tree, which is native to New Zealand and some parts of Australia.
